Our Mission<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

We are a registered non-profit and non-governmental organization dedicated to advocating for Afghan Scholars in STEM. Our mission is to empower women and advance gender equity in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics<\/strong> (STEM) fields in Afghanistan. By promoting inclusive STEM policies and creating supportive environments, we aim to dismantle barriers and generate opportunities for women to thrive in STEM. Through mentorship, education, and advocacy, we strive to build a more equitable society where every Afghan woman, can access STEM education and pursue personal and professional growth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our organization is dedicated to empowering Afghan women and girls by providing opportunities for higher education and professional development. We facilitate access to scholarships, mentorship programs, professional networking, professional development courses, and skill-building activities through academic partnerships with individuals, universities and organizations worldwide. Through these partnerships, we enhance our ability to break down barriers, promote gender equality, and enable Afghan women and girls to become leaders and innovators in their communities and beyond. To support these goals, we also rely on fundraising and donations, which are crucial for sustaining our programs and expanding our impact.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We empower students, scholars, and researchers in STEM fields, with a special focus on Afghan women, by providing access to professional development, online resources, mentorship, learning, and training. Our mission includes facilitating networking between STEM experts from the developed and developing world, who can collaborate with Afghan scholars to build capacity and foster collaboration with international scholars from STEM fields globally.
