Abstract Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All selected abstracts will be published on our website. By submitting your abstract here<\/a><\/strong>, you agree to have it published in our Abstract Book<\/em>, which will be available to all participants of the conference. Please ensure that your abstract is submitted by the deadline (10 March 2025), and use this template<\/a><\/strong>. late submissions will not be considered.

All participants, including those submitting an abstract, are required to register separately on the conference registration list. Please note that the submission of an abstract does not automatically register you for the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The abstract review process will commence immediately after the abstract submission deadline. Each abstract will be carefully reviewed by academic experts specializing in the relevant topics. Our reviewers have been selected not only for their subject matter expertise but also to promote inclusion and diversity in the selection process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be notified about the status of your abstract after the submission deadline. We appreciate your contribution and look forward to showcasing your work at the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
