Arantxa de la Peña is an economist and expert in Customer Strategy, Innovation, Change Management, and Leadership Development. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and has graduated in Leadership and Innovation from MIT. Additionally, she has completed various postgraduate programs focused on different business areas.
She is accredited as a Director and Board Member by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and she is a member of EJE&CON, the Spanish Association of Executives and Board Advisors, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting cultural transformation by incorporating top talent into senior management and boards of directors, irrespective of gender or generation, with the aim of fostering corporate sustainability and contributing to a better society.
Arantxa developed her professional career across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, holding senior roles in Client Services, Operations, Retail, and Marketing within prominent organisations such as Chupa Chups (FMCG), Reig Capital (Family Office), and Amplifon/Gaes (Medical Devices). She currently serves as the Director of Patient Relations at the Hospital de Sant Pau in Barcelona, Spain.
She is a mentor for the Princess of Girona Foundation and the Lidera-Barcelona Activa Program of the Barcelona City Council, as well as an advisory judge for the Technovation Girls program. She also collaborates on various entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives, with a particular focus on advancing STEM disciplines, especially among girls and women.
