Learn from an expert: Dr. Hazrat Bahar is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Institute for Communication and Media Studies at Leipzig University in collaboration with the Institute of International Education Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF). He earned his MA in international relations from the International University of Japan and completed his PhD in communication at Shanghai University. His research interests include the impacts of social media, media systems, political communication, and international relations, with a focus on Afghanistan. He has published in several journals, including Media Asia, Global Media Journal, and Cross-Cultural Communication.

- All applicants must be at least 18 years old.
